Deze appartementen zijn gloednieuw, prachtig ingericht en voorzien van alle luxe (tot en met keukenspullen van Le Creuset). De bedden zijn zeer comfortabel. Het appartement ligt in de nieuwe wijk Jacks Point, ongeveer 20 minuten rijden van QT. De views zijn prachtig. Er wordt momenteel nog veel gebouwd in de wijk, maar wij hebben daar geen overlast van ervaren. De communicatie met Bridget was snel en prettig. Het is niet goedkoop, maar je krijgt er wel iets goeds voor terug.

Bridget and Aaron were fantastic to deal with and very responsive to any queries. The property itself is amazing, the hot tub on the balcony is a standout and kitchen/bathrooms were all super clean and easy to use. Amazing property, would love to stay again.

Great place with good view！

We had an amazing stay. The view is stunning. The jacuzzi was great after a long day of skiing. The beds and rooms were large and comfortable. Highly recommend Bridget’s place.

We spent an amazing week in Queenstown at Bridget’s beautiful home, with its stunning view over the lake. The house was modern, clean and conveniently located — 5mins into the town centre, 30mins to Coronet Peak and 40mins to the Remarkables. Bridget was a wonderful and helpful host. The only small issue we encountered was to do with the water pressure but it in no way detracted from our lovely stay. We look forward to staying at Bridget’s again when next we return to Queenstown.

Bridget’s place was fantastic to stay at in Queenstown. Right in the heart of town, close to the park and playground for kids, and walkable to all the shops, cafes, and bars of QT. The space felt secure, was spacious, and was a great home base during our time here.

Great stay thanks! Suited our group well, including an older couple with mobility issues. There is an elevator straight to the main level, with a bedroom and bathroom on that level too. The other bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Plenty of space and great location

No amount of words can fully describe this home. It looks a lot bigger and more beautiful than the picture. All that we needed was prepared at Bridget’s house. The home gave us so much warmth during the cold winter. She ensured that we had no issues checking in. We felt so at home in this gorgeous place. This was by far one of my favourite AIRBNB stays to date. I would highly recommend this luxury stay as the location was perfect … the apartment space was more like a mini home, and was safe, secure, warm, inviting, and had everything I needed as a single traveller. This apartment is perfect for two people as well, and if you booked well in advance, there are some connecting rooms. Bridget was super super helpful and very responsive .. with every single question being answered in the quickest amount of time. I will be back to enjoy this ‘rockstar pad’… Thank you.

Perfect listing for my business trip. This studio / 1 bedroom was well provided for with the right amenities. There’s a washer and dryer which was also very helpful, a lifesaving Nespresso machine and a variety of tea. This is our fourth stay with Bridget and team and they are great - responsive and clear with instructions, as well as heaps of helpful recommendations. Checking in was easy and clear and I had no trouble at all. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was in pristine condition and perfect for our small family of 3 for a ski holiday. The views of the mountains, lake and town were exceptional. The apartment had everything we needed and the underfloor heating throughout was a real bonus for the cold mornings. Would definitely stay here again for our next ski trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Jacks Point! The apartment was spotless, modern, and felt more like a luxury hotel than a holiday rental. The mountain views were absolutely stunning and made every morning and evening special. The king size beds were incredibly comfortable, and having a washing machine, fridge, and dryer made our stay so convenient. Parking was easy, the property was simple to find, and lift access made getting our suitcases in and out effortless. Communication with the host was excellent they were friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay with amazing views!

We had such a wonderful stay at this homestay. The room was spotlessly clean, all daily supplies were fully prepared. The host was warm and thoughtful, gave us lots of local travel tips. The surrounding scenery is breathtaking, we will definitely come back again!

The scenery was amazing, place was clean, kitchen was well equipped, everything we needed was there. The only issue we had was that we had frosty mornings and evenings in July and some of the roads around the area was extremely slippery, so the location, although close, wasn’t walkable to and from town due to how slippery it was. Our FWD car also had trouble getting out of the driveway in the morning because the path leading to the street was so icy. Although our problems was due to no fault of the house itself, it is something to note if you are planning to stay during winter.

Our family definitely enjoyed our stay here. The idyllic mountain views and close proximity to Bob’s Cove filled our need for being in nature. The living room, cinema room and patio were quite spacious and had tasteful furnishings. Bridget and her team at Luxury Stays Queenstown were very helpful. They were quick to respond and made everything comfortable for us during our stay. We would definitely come back here.

A beautiful home, with incredible views. Well thoughtful lay out. Cosy and clean. Very functional Parents had upstairs bedroom with a desk area… which we used. Kids downstairs…with two bathrooms. The location is perfect for skiing—it’s close to the ski field, and best of all, we could get home without sitting in traffic after a full day on the mountain. A beautiful, well appointed home for a large group. Plenty of space, stylish yet very comfortable and homeley - we enjoyed nights in by the fire as much as going out in Queenstown. Great to be able to walk into town, the views made the hill worth it 😎

Lovely home, warm and comfortable. Looks nice in the photos but even better in person. We loved the living area with the fire place and beautiful view over the mountains. One of the most well stocked and organised kitchens we have seen in an AirBnB. Beds very comfortable and all bedrooms were a good size. Bathrooms were so clean and very warm with underfloor heating. Would recommend and stay again. Bridget was very helpful and responsive.

Location is what you pay for. The place is clean, nice and cosy, can be a bit noisy at night time depending on who your next door neighbours are. Bridget is very responsive and accommodating.

Everything

The view is amazing! We stayed at the villa for a couple of nights for my brother’s wedding who got married at Stoneridge. The house has so much space for 7 adults (I believe it can take up to 10). The view of the lake made for an amazing backdrop for some groom photos! As we visited during winter time, the deck was slippery but that’s not a fault of the owner, it’s expected at the time of the year. There was plenty of firewood to keep the living, kitchen and dining area warm. The only suggestion I would make to enhance visitors’ experience is to add a full body mirror :) Thank you for having us! We have wonderful family memories at the villa!

We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this property to other friends and families. The house is modern, near new, and very well maintained. It has a convenient location and beautiful views. Loved that each of the three bedrooms has ensuite and all bathrooms come with floor heating. We’d be very happy to stay again.

Absolutely incredible property, we were blown away by the view and modern amenity! Wish we could have stayed longer

Our family stayed at Lordens for 9 nights and absolutely loved it. The apartment is modern, luxurious, spacious and immaculately clean with breathtaking views from the balcony, living area and main bedroom. Relaxing in the hot spa after skiing while enjoying the view was a real highlight. The apartment was warm and comfortable and thoughtful extras like the board games were a lovely touch. It was only a 5 minute drive into town & around 40 minutes to the ski fields. Walking into town took 20-30 minutes and a Uber from the town centre back to Lordens cost $11 one way. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend Lordens to anyone visiting Queenstown. A big thank you to our amazing host Bridget.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ben Lomond. The apartment was in the best location and was clean and cosy, we felt right at home. Bridget was a wonderful host, so helpful and responsive. We can't wait till next time we visit Queenstown when we can hopefully stay here again.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views of The Remarkables from the balcony. The space feels cosy and luxurious, with quality appliances, heated bathroom floors/racks, and ducted heating. It's brand new, but still surrounded by active construction. This wasn't disclosed in the listing, and our stay was disrupted by drilling and hammering, often before 8am and after 6:30pm on our first three nights. The parking area had various site debris, and a ladder in the disabled parking spot. After 7 nights, the skip bins were still full and never emptied. Host Bridget replied instantly to messages, but with ~70 properties, responses felt generic with just "sorry about this, we'll contact the project manager." We were offered and accepted a one-night refund since no alternative accommodation was available. I wish there were true blackout blinds to prevent light seeping in both bedrooms. Once construction is finished this will be a gorgeous stay, hopefully others are aware of what they may expect.

Nice and warm place with a great lake view, accessible to almost all the main attractions in Queenstown, host is super responsive as well. A pretty good experience as first time to Queenstown.

We had a good stay at this house. It is located at the top of a hill and the road can be steep and icy in the morning, especially in July. The house was clean and very well equipped. The view from the loungeroom and balcony is great and seeing the planes come in for landing over the Lake is amazing. There is a lovely hot spa on the balcony which was great after skiing at the end of a long day, but just don’t put your head under the water.

Bridget’s place was great. The views are incredible, you’re literally right on the water overlooking the mountains. Car park space was good. The bedroom is very dark with the door closed which we appreciate. The bed itself is very comfy with lovely heavy blankets. Clean space in the bathroom and kitchen. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was spotless, well equipped and well located. The views were incredible. Above all, the communication we had from the team was exceptional including when we locked ourselves out of the garage and within 2 minutes we had a reply from the team and within 20 minutes the issue was resolved. We had a fabulous stay at Bridget’s gorgeous townhouse. Even more stunning than the photos and rooms were bigger than expected and immaculately clean. The view is incredible, hot tub great after a long day on the slopes , and kitchen has everything you need with a great coffee machine. Loved the ability to walk down to restaurants and entertainment, and the steep walk back up was a good reminder not to overindulge too much 😅 The gas fireplace kept the place snug and warm and the heated towel racks in the many bathrooms were a nice touch also. Thanks for a great stay, we will definitely be back!

Bridget’s place is beautiful! Love the view and the living room! The place is by a highway but amazingly you don’t hear the traffic passing by from the bedrooms downstairs and the living room/ dining area. It is very well insulated! Bridget is responsive and accommodating, she makes sure we are warm for the winter and she can also make recommendations for activities and culinary. Her recommendations are worth checking out! Very thoughtful little bar with the right glasses to make any drink. Kitchen had the right appliances and quality cookware and crockery. The beds were super comfy with great linen!

This is a beautiful place to stay in Queenstown. It’s nice and close to town and has everything you need to feel at home. The view from the house over town and the lake is amazing to wake up to everyday!

This was one of the best apartments we have stayed in anywhere so I would not hesitate to stay again or to recommend it. We travelled as a couple with our two adult children. It was maintained to a great standard given that it is rented to a high volume of guests. Everything was spotlessly clean - surfaces, utensils, linen, towels etc. It is a flat walk of 10-15 minutes along a sealed path into the centre of Queenstown. Parking was very valuable to us, though the garage door opening is extremely tight for an 'intermediate' size SUV (Honda ZR V in our case). The designated open space car park was also tight but easier to manage. Although it did not bother us, it is noteworthy that there is no downstairs bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and our stay in Queenstown.

The check-in process was smooth, communication was excellent, and everything was well organized throughout our stay. The lake view in the living area is wonderful! There are plenty of cooking items that are friendly to families who wish to cook a bit on the premise. The heating is great as well! This was one of, if not the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. It was exactly as described and shown in the images, but even nicer in so many respects. The house was clean, convenient, well stocked with all the essentials, warm, and comfortable. The hosts hadn’t cut corners by leaving two coffee pods or one roll of toilet paper, as so many companies seem to now, which detracts from the overall experience. The furnishings weren’t cheap and nasty, shortcuts hadn’t been taken in the fitout, and everything was spotlessly clean. This made a big difference to the overall experience as the whole experience was easier and more equipped than we usually find Airbnbs. We didn’t have to sort, fix or deal with anything. The location was extremely convenient and close to town, yet also quiet and just far enough away from the CBD as well, it really was just perfect. The views were stunning, especially under the stars in the hot tub, with the outdoor fire going. We will definitely be back.

Don’t think twice- just book it! This is probably the best location in Queenstown. Directly in the nicest part of town, on the lake, steps to beautiful nature one way and the best shopping and eating the other way. It’s unusual to find a place in such close proximity to everything that still feels private, secluded and like a sanctuary. Bridget was beyond accommodating and the apartment was exactly as the photos (even better in fact!) As someone with high standards I cannot fault this place. Just book it!

Everything was seamless, hosts are easy to deal with and the house - exceptional! I have no complaints and we hope to return soon.

The Cove was absolutely breathtaking! The space was comfortable for two families, the kitchen was filled with everything you needed, the home was nice and tidy and the views looked like a perfect postcard. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

The was the most breath taking house we have ever stayed in! The view of the mountains at night looked like something right out of Middle Earth or the Night Court. Super easy checkin process and very response host. The book with instructions for the house was very thorough to answer any questions we might have had. We 100% stay here again the next time we are in Queenstown!

That house gives you something you’ll never forget. Beautiful memories, timeless style and presented on such a way that it felt like a home and luxury hotel rolled into one. Cannot recommend highly enough. If you’re wondering is it worth it… yes it absolutely is.

Perfect central location! You couldn’t be in a better spot for access to the restaurants and shops, you’re right there. Plus it’s across from the lake so you have a nice view while still being right in town. We didn’t need a car at all for a 5 day stay. Bridget was responsive and helpful and accommodated all of our requests. We had a great stay!

Amazing location in Queenstown. Easily fit 8 of us. Views were to die for, watching the planes navigate the narrow valley was really neat to watch. Kitchen was stocked like a professional kitchen. Beds were Comfortable and bathrooms were huge. Great stay and highly recommended.

Amazing, modern house with incredible views. We had a great family trip with our in laws and will look to be back with friends next time. Only downside is minimal sun during our stay (May) which meant spending time on balconies wasn’t really a thing. Technology through the house is great and the fireplace was a nice touch of an evening. Also enjoyed having two living areas so our kids could watch their shows downstairs when necessary.

This place is amazing and the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The views from the house are absolutely stunning, and the house has all of the modern amenities you will need. The house was fantastic, we were a group of 5 guys for a long weekend away, we had heaps of space, all bedrooms were really well appointed and the outside BBQ got a lot of good use. The views are beautiful and it was an easy 12-15 minute walk downhill to town. Bridget was incredibly helpful arranging a late checkout. When our flight was cancelled Bridget arranged for us to have access back into the house for another night, she arranged for someone to come around and remake the beds and then another late check out the next day. Was absolutely brilliant and would highly recommend. Thanks for all the help Bridget.

The apartment was very clean, cozy and only a short drive to town. Plus the view was amazing!! We did have construction out the front on weekdays but as we were out most of the day it didn’t overly bother us and was out of anyone’s control. Bridget was a wonderful host, making sure we arrived safely and were enjoying our stay. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay and hope to return in the future.

房源在山坡上，需要爬坡到达，出行打uber到镇上10纽币左右，如果步行20分钟左右。因为在山坡上，有无敌湖景，足不出户就可以享受皇后镇的绝美景观！在最后一晚，阳台上欣赏了漫天星河，这趟旅程升华了！ 入住期间遇到问题，房东及时反应，并且积极为我们解决问题，这点超赞！！ 附上一些房子美图吧，选择这里绝不后悔👍

Stunning place right on the lake! So much quieter than I was expecting for being right in town. Easy walking distance to whatever you might need. Host was really great to communicate with and accommodating to our request!

We recently stayed for a week in this property and loved it! Very comfortable and clean with outstanding amenities - big fluffy towels and loads of them, comfortable beds, loads of blankets and throws (nice to snuggle by the fire) heated towel racks, excellent kitchen appliances, basic laundry and kitchen products provided etc. We were four adults and two small children and we had loads of space and found the property very quiet and comfortable. The view is 100%, just like the pictures! Bridget is a great host and very easy to communicate with and is very proactive. It is a short walk into town by the main road which is a little daunting with prams but not too bad. There is a walk by the lake into town which would be better, slightly longer but better, but unfortunately it was closed for works when we were there (May 2026), obviously not the air BnB’s fault but just something to note.

This place is an absolute gem. The view is breathtaking, the house is clean with premium finishes, it’s a short walk to town (which is nice because you’re not in the thick of it) and the hot tub is great too! If this place is available, it’s well worth the money.

Beautiful space, great for exploring town with ease and convenience! Botswana Butchery right next door was a huge win, put the kids to bed and you still feel like you’re in the same building! Bridget was so lovely and helpful. Great location, great space, great stay!!

We had a great stay at Bridget's place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Communication with Bridget was smooth and prompt throughout, and check-in was easy. The location worked very well for us, with everything we needed nearby. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend it to other guests.

The apartment is exactly as described and benefits from being very well equipped including a good washer/dryer, effective heating, many kitchen gadgets, a bbq and spacious outside seating area (too cold when we were there), and best of all an epic unblocked view of Lake Wakatipu from both the bedroom and lounge. Sadly for us there was an error in providing hypoallergenic bedding as requested to manage my wife’s allergies and she was badly affected resulting in us losing valuable holiday time. Recognizing the severity of the error, Bridget quickly changed all the bedding, left a bottle of wine and offered a 20% discount on our stay. Excellent service recovery to what was essentially an unresolvable situation. Despite the error I would recommend Bridget’s apartment as a great place to stay in the Queenstown area.

This standalone house is located in a peaceful elevated area in Frankton. Waking up to the lake and snowy mountain views every morning was incredibly relaxing. The area is quiet and away from the crowds and traffic, yet still very convenient and close to downtown. Enjoying the balcony jacuzzi every day made it feel like a true getaway.

Bridget and Aaron were incredible. We had a hiccup upon arrival unrelated to this property and after a phone call all was in hand for which I will always be deeply grateful. The home as you walk in is overwhelming / the view and size of the property is breathtaking - the photos do not do it justice. The villa is in an amazing location and we hired MTBs which made things really easy (I recommend riding up to the Arthur’s Point and Shotover Gorge trails - spectacular) We are planning our next trip and would definitely stay in this property again - it would be hard to beat. Thank you again Bridget, we can’t wait to return.

We had such a great stay here! The place is fantastic—really spacious, cosy, and it just felt like home straight away. We even ended up having a few lunches and dinners in, so that we could spend more time enjoying the house. The location is super handy too, only about a 10-minute drive to both the airport and the town centre, which made everything so easy. Honestly, it’s one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, and we’d definitely love to come back!

Fantastic view of the lake! Clean and stylish apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and for cooking a good dinner. The balcony was also pretty - unfortunately we didn’t spend much time out there as it was a little bit too cold! Parking was easy.

The perfect place for a getaway for our family of 8. Four generous bedrooms each with their own on-suite or bathroom. A well stocked kitchen and a large living room with plenty of space to enjoy meals together or a glass of wine on the deck overlooking the lake. Views from the living space of the mountains and lake were spectacular. It was approximately a 15 minute walk into Queenstown with a pretty steep but doable walk back home. Would absolutely recommend Tonic Lodge.

Great location and beautiful unobstructed views - no questions. It had pretty much everything we needed but honestly expected more for a penthouse and for the fees. Toiletries were average, poor lighting system, decors were not what we expected, one dishwasher did not work properly, wifi was weak and did not extend to some areas of the house. Asked for a late check out which was not granted, and was offered to store bags for a few hours instead (understand the place was booked after us but even an extra half hour would’ve been appreciated considering the amount we paid each night). It was not the best experience for us unfortunately. Nevertheless, the host was responsive and always helpful with queries and we had an OK stay overall for 4 days but could probably find a better place with a better deal.

We had a fantastic week in Queenstown and this apartment was outstanding - beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would expect from a penthouse and with an absolutely amazing view over Queenstown and across Lake Wakatipu. The space itself was perfect for our group of 6 - plenty of room inside and out (jacuzzi was perfect to warm up in), rooms and beds all very comfortable and situated just a quick stroll down the hill into town - so away from the noise of the town but very convenient. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Bridget’s house in Queenstown was perfect for our stay. The views are stunning and the house has everything you need. It is exactly as described and looks just like the pictures. It was about a 20 minute walk into town and Ubers were easy to get as well. Just a great location. It is quiet at night as you are in a residential area. But still so close to the center of town. I would highly recommend staying in this property for your next visit to Queenstown.

The place was clean and well maintained, and the location was super convenient, which made getting around really easy. We enjoyed our stay overall. The only thing is that the balcony view was a little different from the photos, with fewer trees than expected, but it didn’t affect our experience much.

Bridget’s place was a great spot to unwind after a couple of weeks of hiking. It’s pretty much a stone’s throw from the lake and all of the restaurants and bars Queenstown has to offer. The apartment is really well laid out, and the shower was a real highlight! The outside area got most of the afternoon sun so could relax with a beer watching it set over Ben Lomond.

We could not fault our stay at this property. Firstly, the view took our breath away and was the perfect backdrop for a cosy night around the fireplace after a busy day. It was extremely comfortable for our family - we had my husband and I, 3 kids (9, 5 and 3), plus a grandma staying with us. The whole house was spotless and pristine, we had a lot of spare towels and hand towels, kitchen supplies and loads of toilet paper for the entire stay. It was great being split up over multiple levels because our 3 year old would sometimes nap or go to bed earlier than the rest of us. My husband and I are early risers too, so it was great that the kitchen/living was on the top floor away from everyone still in bed. The location was amazing - we walked into town and back many times in just 10 minutes with a small travel pram. Sure, the area is hilly, but if we were just one street closer to the main town, we wouldn’t have had the priceless views that we had. Would definitely recommend!

Bear in mind this was NZ$1600/night. Many down-at-heel aspects to this property which appears to have been running as a holiday accommodation for 18 years. (Cheap) artworks broken or falling apart, toilet rolls holder falling off wall upon first touch (woodscrew into gib, an obvious fail), toilet seat completely adrift from mountings. The wifi is atrocious: half the property has no usable signal (why have no extenders been installed when they cost so little). Other fails: wrong wifi password was provided to start off with; having been told we had use of carport for one vehicle, another AirBnB client turned up and occupied the whole of it and produced their welcome message saying that had usage rights on first-come first-served basis. We had a wonderful stay with our extended family at Bridgets beautiful place. There were 8 (4 couples) of us staying and it was spacious for all of us to have our own space, our own bathroom and not be on top of each other. The views from the main living area were spectacular and the house felt warm, cosy and very much like we are at home. Fantastic spot, great location and would 100% recommend. Thanks Bridget for a wonderful stay, it is one for the memory books.

Amazing view with a clean and comfortable space. The host was warm, patient, and helpful throughout our stay. The only issues were that the balcony door could not be opened, and one of the cupboard doors was broken. Overall, we still had a good stay.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay in Queenstown from April 5th to 9th! Bridget was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, everything felt seamless and welcoming. The place itself was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the amazing sights and activities Queenstown has to offer. We had a fantastic Easter stay at Bridget’s property and happily giving it 5 stars. The pentouse apartment was spacious, beautifully presented, and the lake and mountain views were absolutely stunning, the hot tub - loved it - such a perfect way to relax after a day out in Queenstown. Bridget was super responsive, always helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and easy, which made for a truly great weekend away.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Bridget’s house! Beautiful spot right on the lake, was so good to have access straight onto the walking track. The house has been renovated and has lovely interiors etc, it feels nice and modern. Central to Arrowtown and Lake Hayes surroundings!

Such a nice place to stay. Right across the road from the main beach. Very close to all the central Queenstown places. Place was well set up with kitchen, crockery, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Great views and natural light. Quiet at night even though so central. Will be ideal in winter or summer as has heating and aircon. Will certainly be back for another stay.

Fit our needs in Queenstown, a nice walk down to the main shopping and dining area of town. Definitely a steep walk back up, but we loved staying on a quiet street and the outdoor patio area was lovely.

We had such a wonderful stay and honestly didn’t want to leave! The home is impeccably styled, beautifully presented, and absolutely spotless. The location is perfect—so convenient and close to everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the quality of the linen and towels really added that extra touch of luxury. It truly felt like a home away from home… in fact, we wished it was our home! Bridget was fantastic to deal with—her communication was easy, prompt, and so helpful throughout our stay. 6A Limerick is a beautiful, homely and well equipped stay in stunning QT! The house is gorgeous with amazing views, immaculate bathrooms and a fantastic layout for a group. We enjoyed every aspect only wished we could have stayed longer.

Nice and spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. It is just a short (and not too steep) walk into town. Some furniture and spots in the flat need a little maintenance.

The view is stunning. The kitchen is large and well stocked! Toaster was broken but they replaced it. You need to be able to walk up lots of stairs for this place. Lots of space.

Amazing place!

The views are everything! It was hard to tear ourselves away from that view- we watched the mountains and lake change every day in all weather conditions and switched all the lights out at night (hoping to see an aurora) watching stars and satellites across the night sky. Bed was super comfy and heated floors such a luxury. Neighbourhood is quiet but be aware that upstairs guests’ footfalls and stair climbing is audible so if you are sensitive to noise and want to sleep early you may want some earplugs. Some pantry staples provided which was very helpful- some oil, tea, coffee, sugar, salt + pepper and paper towel, baking paper provided. There is also laundry powder for the washing machine. It’s a steep decent to get into town- takes around 20 minutes to walk down. Uber and taxis are plentiful in Queenstown but recommend hiring a car- uncovered park place provided. 1 flight of stairs to negotiate to get into the apartment. We loved our stay here and would definitely return.

The location of the house is fantastic, with beautiful surroundings right in front of the lake. We really enjoyed our stay. There were only three of us, and the house was quite large, so we didn’t end up using the downstairs bedrooms.

We had a terrific stay at this townhouse! The views are absolutely fantastic and were a highlight of our trip. Inside, the Master bedroom bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's rest. We also loved the hot tub—it’s the perfect spot for stargazing. A couple of pro-tips for future guests: 1. Bring sandals or shoes for the walk up the gravel steps to the hot tub. 2. I recommend arriving in an SUV. The driveway is quite steep, and a car with lower clearance would likely scrape its bumper on the approach.

We had a wonderful stay at this house near Queenstown Lake. The location is absolutely amazing—close to everything yet still peaceful—and the house itself was very clean and well maintained. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Three of the bedrooms are especially lovely, with gorgeous views over the lake that make the space feel bright and relaxing. Waking up to those views was a real highlight of the stay. One small thing to note is that the fourth bedroom is a bit different from the others. It gets direct light from the neighbouring house at night and can be noisier, so it’s not as nice as the other three rooms. Because of that, I’d recommend this place for groups that only need three bedrooms. Overall though, it’s a fantastic property in a superb location, and we really enjoyed our time there. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

The place is decent definitely, however not a luxury apartment. Spent 4 nights as part of my honeymoon. The place has all the amenities, is super clean and very spacious. Location however was subpar, lake view was obstructed by some construction work. Road was busy, we could hear cars running noise throughout the night as well. Some weird smell was present when we checked in, however it was gone after few hours. But came back again after couple of days (maybe from neighbours - not sure). Balcony doesn't feel private as you are literally couple of meters away from the neighbours balcony. Who are by the way quite noisy I felt. Overall it was an average experience, expected a way better accommodation given the price point.

We stayed with our daughter and a friend for a few days away. The view is UNBELIEVABLE! Quite possibly the best view I’ve ever seen. The accommodation was very comfortable. All necessary amenities, including a travel cot and high chair for our toddler. Bridget was very responsive during our stay, especially when we had a small issue with some wet carpet & smell. She was prepared for anything needed to resolve it and sent the property manager over right away to investigate. I would certainly stay again. The view was just sensational.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The property is seriously luxurious - everything from the bathrooms to the kitchen to the fireplace to the view - made this stay absolutely worth it. Not to mention it was in the centre of Queenstown which made it extremely easy to get around throughout my time there. The host was incredibly responsive and flexible about timings for check in/ luggage storage when she could be. Also there was a guidebook with lot of recommendations and things to do in the city as well as information about the apartment. Would definitely recommend for your next stay.

We had a great stay in this wonderful apartment. It is a great place to be. Close to Restaurants ( one of the best just downstairs on the left „Botswana“). Close to Shops , Cafés , Bars. You do not need a car. And the view, the lake directly in front of you. Communication with Bridget, fast and super friendly.

Die Unterkunft ist nett eingerichtet und man hat einen tollen Blick auf den See. Der Check in war einfach und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings ist momentan der versprochener Zugang zum See gesperrt. Der nächste Zugang befindet sich erst in etwa 1 km Entfernung. Außerdem befindet sich die Wohnung in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, so dass es zum Teil sehr laut ist. Zur Ausstattung gehört eine Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion. Für empfindliche Kleidung, die nicht in den Trockner kann, steht kein Wäscheständer zur Verfügung. Dafür, dass es sich um ein Luxury Apartment handeln soll, hätten wir bei dem Preis mehr erwartet.
