How do I access my villa?

Once you've booked your villa you will receive access to your Guest Portal. This portal has everything you need to know when it comes to accessing the villa.

Do you provide baby equipment?

We do! As parents ourselves, we know that bring extra things like a cot for the baby can be such a hassle. That's why we offer cots and highchairs within all of our properties, free of charge. You just need to request this within your booking portal once you've made your booking.

Can I check in earlier than 3pm or checkout later than 10am?

Yes, we will always endeavour to facilitate an early check in or late check out at no additional charge.

However, this will be dependent on whether it's a back-to-back booking or a particular busy day for the cleaning team.

Yes, all properties come with WiFi and phone signal.

Can any beds be split?

Yes, a number of our properties have split king beds which can configured as either a king bed or be split into two single beds. This configuration option is outlined within the property's listing.

Split king beds are configured as king beds by default, however you can request that they be split into two singles.
