Yes of course. To make the process of using your home as smooth as possible you would receive access to an Owner Portal were you simply add any dates you (or your family and friends) wish to stay.

Who looks after cleaning and maintenance?

We are fortunate to have separate cleaning and property management companies; Partners in Grime and Queenstown Luxury Property Management.

By keeping the cleaning and maintenance under the same operation we can ensure that standards never slip in the service provided.

Question 3

Who handles guests and issues?

Accepted Answer

We have a guest services team to correspond with guests on any issues and property management team to resolve any physical issues they may have.

By having these dedicated teams our aim is to respond to guests on any issues as soon as possible.

Question 4

What if I don’t want to rent at all?

Accepted Answer

That's completely fine. We take care of a number of properties which aren't rented.
