Fernanda Silveira
Fernanda moved to New Zealand from Brazil nearly 11 years ago and has been working for us for over 10 years now. She is very much family after having worked in every facet of our business over the years and has contributed massively to the business’s growth. A natural born leader with an impeccable eye for detail – Fernanda is highly respected amongst staff and has the ability to anticipate what people need, before they’ve even realised it themselves. You can be sure if you ask Fernanda to do something it will be done 110%. Fernanda is a very calm natured woman, who handles working under pressure very well and will go above and beyond to make sure everything is running as smoothly as possible.

Joe Robinson
An exceptional asset to our team, one that we would simply not be where we are now without – Joe handles all maintenance and home owner communications. When he arrived from the UK to Queenstown 9 years ago and started working with us, Joe had already acquired an impressive amount of experience within the real estate industry. Without any given direction from us, he began to self-teach himself multiple trades and over the years has removed the need to instantly pick up the phone and call out to professional tradesmen when issues arise. A huge job for just one person, Joe is nothing short of a superhero. Thanks to his perfectionism and genuine deep level of care of the upkeep of all our properties, he is consistently meeting the needs of our clients and guests, understanding how frustrating it can be when things go wrong or are not quite as expected during your stay.

Renske Brabant
Renske is one of our Property Managers and our ultimate problem solver. She loves a puzzle and has an incredible ability to get her head around complex problems and find a better way of doing things. Incredibly smart and naturally curious, Renske has become our go-to person for many of the AI systems and new technologies we use within the business – usually mastering them first and then patiently teaching the rest of us! But what we love most about Renske is how seriously she takes her role as a Property Manager. She is constantly looking at our homes through the eyes of our guests and asking how we can make their stay easier and more enjoyable – from finding and accessing a property, to understanding how everything inside works. She brings a fresh perspective to our team, challenges us to keep improving and has a genuine determination to make the guest experience as seamless as possible.

Bruna Royer
Originally from Brazil, Bruna joined us as a Property Manager, bringing with her a background in architecture and interior design. She is incredibly hardworking, humble and one of those wonderful people who is always looking for ways to contribute beyond what is expected of her. Just a few months after joining us, Bruna noticed that one of our properties was in need of some love. Without being asked – and entirely in her own time – she put together a complete interior design refresh, even using AI to create before-and-after visuals so the owner could easily see what she had in mind. We presented it to the owner, who loved it and immediately approved a refresh. That initiative says a lot about Bruna. A wonderful team player, Bruna is always willing to help wherever she is needed and brings a genuine desire to keep learning, improving and contributing.
Marketing Manager
Nora Zenasni
We first met Nora around 12 years ago – and have been trying to hire her ever since. A few months ago, she finally said yes. Incredibly intelligent and articulate, Nora joined us as our Marketing Manager at exactly the right time. We had built a business we were incredibly proud of, but knew we needed another level of expertise to help us polish it, strengthen the brand and take it somewhere we couldn't get to on our own. In the short time she's been with us, Nora has already led the complete rebuild of the website you're reading this on, working alongside Whitelaw Mitchell to bring her vision for Luxury Stays Queenstown to life. But her role goes far beyond marketing. Nora works closely with our reservations and property management teams to make sure that what we promise our guests is exactly what we deliver when they arrive. She's thoughtful, organised and always has a plan. Most importantly, she gets things done. Nora has brought a new level of polish to Luxury Stays Queenstown and is helping us elevate not just how we present the business, but the business itself.
