This was one of the best apartments we have stayed in anywhere so I would not hesitate to stay again or to recommend it. We travelled as a couple with our two adult children. It was maintained to a great standard given that it is rented to a high volume of guests. Everything was spotlessly clean - surfaces, utensils, linen, towels etc. It is a flat walk of 10-15 minutes along a sealed path into the centre of Queenstown. Parking was very valuable to us, though the garage door opening is extremely tight for an 'intermediate' size SUV (Honda ZR V in our case). The designated open space car park was also tight but easier to manage. Although it did not bother us, it is noteworthy that there is no downstairs bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and our stay in Queenstown.
