This villa is positioned on a quiet, premium stretch of Lake Hayes, offering an incredibly peaceful environment. Please respect neighbours and local wildlife by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm.

The property features multiple levels, stairs and outdoor areas, including a large balcony, fire pit, and direct path to the lake. Guests should take care on slopes and steps, particularly during winter when conditions may be icy.

For families, a portable cot and highchair can be provided on request. The villa is fully equipped with luxury linen from Queenstown Luxury Linen, premium toiletries, and everything you need for an effortless stay.

While the property feels secluded, it is centrally located — just minutes from wineries, golf courses and ski field access roads. A car is recommended for convenience.

Amazing place for a small-medium family, managed to cooked a few meals with high quality local ingredients. Had the cleanest lamb that’s we’ve bought from the nearby Woolsworth. Everything you needed is it the house. Thanks Bridget & team for the amazing place, stunning views on sunset as well.

It was amazing, we had a lot of fun, the scenic views from the place are amazing. It was neat and clean and had a luxurious feeing trough out or our stay.

The view is amazing! We stayed at the villa for a couple of nights for my brother’s wedding who got married at Stoneridge. The house has so much space for 7 adults (I believe it can take up to 10). The view of the lake made for an amazing backdrop for some groom photos! As we visited during winter time, the deck was slippery but that’s not a fault of the owner, it’s expected at the time of the year. There was plenty of firewood to keep the living, kitchen and dining area warm. The only suggestion I would make to enhance visitors’ experience is to add a full body mirror :) Thank you for having us! We have wonderful family memories at the villa!

We stayed here for my 40th birthday. Breathtaking views at the property and access to the track around the lake. The house itself felt like home away from home, with all the creature comforts to make you feel cosy.

We had a lovely weekend stay at Bridget’s house! Beautiful spot right on the lake, was so good to have access straight onto the walking track. The house has been renovated and has lovely interiors etc, it feels nice and modern. Central to Arrowtown and Lake Hayes surroundings!

The location of the house is fantastic, with beautiful surroundings right in front of the lake. We really enjoyed our stay. There were only three of us, and the house was quite large, so we didn’t end up using the downstairs bedrooms.
