Bridget’s place was great. The views are incredible, you’re literally right on the water overlooking the mountains. Car park space was good. The bedroom is very dark with the door closed which we appreciate. The bed itself is very comfy with lovely heavy blankets. Clean space in the bathroom and kitchen. We would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay with Luxury Stays Queenstown. The property was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, communication was excellent, and everything was well organized throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean, cozy and only a short drive to town. Plus the view was amazing!! We did have construction out the front on weekdays but as we were out most of the day it didn’t overly bother us and was out of anyone’s control. Bridget was a wonderful host, making sure we arrived safely and were enjoying our stay. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay and hope to return in the future.

The apartment is exactly as described and benefits from being very well equipped including a good washer/dryer, effective heating, many kitchen gadgets, a bbq and spacious outside seating area (too cold when we were there), and best of all an epic unblocked view of Lake Wakatipu from both the bedroom and lounge. Sadly for us there was an error in providing hypoallergenic bedding as requested to manage my wife’s allergies and she was badly affected resulting in us losing valuable holiday time. Recognizing the severity of the error, Bridget quickly changed all the bedding, left a bottle of wine and offered a 20% discount on our stay. Excellent service recovery to what was essentially an unresolvable situation. Despite the error I would recommend Bridget’s apartment as a great place to stay in the Queenstown area.

Fantastic view of the lake! Clean and stylish apartment. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and for cooking a good dinner. The balcony was also pretty - unfortunately we didn’t spend much time out there as it was a little bit too cold! Parking was easy.

Die Unterkunft ist nett eingerichtet und man hat einen tollen Blick auf den See. Der Check in war einfach und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Allerdings ist momentan der versprochener Zugang zum See gesperrt. Der nächste Zugang befindet sich erst in etwa 1 km Entfernung. Außerdem befindet sich die Wohnung in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, so dass es zum Teil sehr laut ist. Zur Ausstattung gehört eine Waschmaschine mit Trocknerfunktion. Für empfindliche Kleidung, die nicht in den Trockner kann, steht kein Wäscheständer zur Verfügung. Dafür, dass es sich um ein Luxury Apartment handeln soll, hätten wir bei dem Preis mehr erwartet.
