Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to stay with us for your Queenstown experience! We very much look forward to welcoming you to our homes. By making your booking with us you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read through the terms and conditions below. 

An email and invoice will be sent to you once you have made a booking. We ask for a 20% deposit to secure the booking. The remainder is then due 15 days prior to the arrival date. 

Should you be unable to travel we would be happy to offer a complete refund should you cancel your booking no later than 5 days prior to your arrival.


If you cancel your booking, within 5 days prior to your arrival, there is a charge of 50%. Alternatively we would be happy to transfer your booking to another suitable date. 

Payment details will be on your invoice. With our bank details attached. We are also able to accept payments by credit cards. 

We have some select homes where you are welcome to bring your furry friends. Please ask us for more information. 

All welcome of course! Should you require any additional equipment please let us know prior to your arrival. We have free of charge Baby cots, toy’s, highchairs. Can arrange babysitters or if there are any other requests. Please let us know so we can help make the little people safe and comfortable. 

Your home is ready for you to check in any time after 3pm. Should you require an earlier check in we would be happy to accommodate this if at all possible. Please do let us know. If we can’t allow an early check in, you are most welcome to relieve yourself of your luggage and be free to start exploring Queenstown!

You will be sent an email 7 days prior to your arrival. This will have the address, lock box codes etc…

Should you be arriving late. We’ll leave on some lights for you to find your way and ensure the heating is on so you arrive into a warm and inviting space.

We please ask that you vacate the home by 10am. The cleaners will be ready to come in and get the home ready for our next guests. 

It would be wonderful if you can please: 

  • Please remove the rubbish from the house and leave in the bins provided outside
  • Load and start the dishwasher for us
  • Please leave all the furniture where you found it on arrival
  • If you have been given keys for the property please leave these inside and return the entry key to the lockbox. 

Please respect our homes and do not smoke inside. 

Please be mindful that you are renting someone’s home. We would appreciate it greatly if you can please let us know if something has been broken/damaged so we can make sure that it’s fixed prior to the next guests stay. 

All homes are inspected prior to your arrival for anything broken/damaged or just not working in good order. And then checked again on your departure for the same. We totally understand a bit of wear and tear. But anything beyond that we may on-charge the repair to you. 

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s).  With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers.  We will not share your details with any third party.
