What are the Luxury Stays Queenstown office hours?

Our office hours are 8.30am-6pm.

In the case of an after-hours emergency for example a fire, no electricity, no hot water, guest in danger etc – please contact the property manager. Contact details provided in the compendium booklet in your property.

How do I access my villa?

7 days prior to your arrival you will receive your ‘arrival instructions’ email. These will include the code to get into the lockbox where the key to your villas is located.

Do you provide luggage storage?

If we cannot provide you with an early check-in, we can do our best to provide you with early access to leave your luggage in the garage whilst the cleaners turn the house around.

On departure, if you have a late flight – you can leave your luggage in the garage until 3pm. Please get in touch to arrange these requests.

What’s included in my stay?

All stays include premium linen and towels, bathroom and kitchen amenities, as well as locally sourced coffee and tea.

Do you provide baby equipment?

Yes, we can provide baby cots, bedding and highchairs upon request.

Can I check in earlier than 3pm or check out later than 10am?

We always do our absolute best to accommodate your arrival and departure time requests. Please contact our team when booking to see if this is a possibility.

Do you have any pet friendly properties?

Our Hillside Villas are all pet friendly.

Do your properties have WIFI and phone service?

All our homes include WIFI.

We have a couple of homes in rural areas of Queenstown, nestled in the mountains which means little to no service. If you are concerned, always best to double check with us. Alternatively, you can also view the amenity list for each property on our website.

Do you host events at any of your properties?

We do not currently host any events at our properties; however, we are always open to guests hosting their own events during their stay. Please contact our team when booking to see if this is a possibility.

Can any beds be split?

The majority of our homes have at least one king bed which can be split into singles. Please contact our team to find out the bed configuration for a specific home if you need some single beds.

How do I leave feedback?

Feedback is crucial for us to continuing to provide the best possible service to our guests. Please leave a review through your reservation booking platform or a Google review. Alternatively, feel free to email us directly. Your feedback is so important to us!
