THE JOURNEY
From one home to sixty-five.
2013
It started with cleaning. We set out to care for Queenstown’s high-end homes, with an obsessive attention to detail.
2014
Then came one home. A cleaning client asked us to market his property for short-term stays. One home quickly became several, and Luxury Stays Queenstown began to take shape.
2020
Then everything stopped. COVID took the business virtually to zero. So we pulled it apart, questioned everything, and built it back better. It became one of the greatest learning curves in our story.
2022 - 2023
Queenstown came roaring back. Guests returned. New homes followed. Our team grew quickly. We built better systems, established an offshore support team and began embracing AI and new technology, without losing the personal touches that got us here.
2024
We built our own commercial laundry. It gave us complete control over the quality of linen in our homes. Then we opened it to other accommodation operators too. Because raising the standard across Queenstown is good for everyone.
2026
65 hand-picked homes. 6,600+ guest reviews. A long way from that first cleaning client, but still obsessed with the same thing: doing it exceptionally well.
