This villa is positioned on a quiet, premium stretch of Lake Hayes, offering an incredibly peaceful environment. Please respect neighbours and local wildlife by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm.
>The property features multiple levels, stairs and outdoor areas, including a large balcony, fire pit, and direct path to the lake. Guests should take care on slopes and steps, particularly during winter when conditions may be icy.
