Stay in the sky and experience total panoramic views from both levels of this split-level home. The whole front of the house is glass, with a large balcony running along the front of the top level – ideal for some alfresco dining or to sit back and enjoy your morning coffee looking out to the lake.
Cosy up in winter with the gas fireplace, underfloor heating and heat pumps throughout. The kitchen has everything you could wish for and a scullery to hide away that dinner party mess. You’ll find it hard to eat out as nothing beats the view of this place!
Next door is the mirror image. Both with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Perfect for larger groups staying together. All bedrooms have brand new beds with luxurious pillows and linens, and a TV in the master bedroom. Both villas are incredibly private being at the end of the road. No through traffic and total privacy. Access even in winter is very easy.

Highly recommend! This accommodation was absolutely beautiful! The photos don’t do this accommodation justice. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home. The furniture was very comfortable. Great shower and bath tub. Beds were comfortable and the views were amazing!

Beautiful home, luxurious, fabulous views, beautiful kitchen for entertaining with friends and sitting around the fire. View to wake up to is majestic and just what the Queenstown experience is all about.

We had a fabulous trip. Queenstown was everything we hoped for and more. This beautiful house was the icing on the cake. We were a group of 6 mums on a much needed holiday and the house was perfect. Best views in the town and very clean. Luxury Stays was awesome with early check in and late check out to suit our flight times. It’s a must for anyone wanting to wake up to beauty every morning. 5 mins into town and not a problem getting an Uber anytime of the day or night.

Incredible spot to stay when visiting Queenstown. Beautiful amenities, feels very new and clean and the views are absolutely amazing. A small distance from main Queenstown village but in the perfect way. Feels quiet and private!
