This newly refurbished home, just a short walk into the centre of Queenstown, provides the perfect spot  to be close to all the action this vibrant town has to offer.

Ruru Retreat has two seperate living areas. The main open plan living and dining space is lake facing with large windows maximising the panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountain Range. With a log fireplace it provides the ideal ambience to cozy up to in winter after a day spent skiing on the nearby fields.

The second living room with TV is an ideal space to keep the younger ones entertained.

Both of the bedrooms come with their en-suite bathroom making it a great option for two couples as well as a small family.

Ruru Retreat is super warm home in the winter, with all the modern amenities you would expect.

Great house in a great location. Could have sat and stared at the view for the whole week. Walking distance to town. Comfy size for 4 adults and 1 baby. House is full of quality furniture and appliances. Would definitely stay here again

If you’re considering booking this Airbnb for your trip to Queenstown, do it! The walk to town can be done in as little as 8 minutes and was super convenient, although it is up a slight hill. The house is beautifully furnished and was so comfortable. Plus those views! We had 5 nights in this space and would definitely stay again.

That view!!!! It doesn’t even look real, it is just so spectacular. The home is full to the brim of warmth - fireplace, heat pumps, electric blankets. Gorgeous! We loved staying and will definitely stay again! Thanks for having us Bridget.
