I would argue this is one of the best views in Queenstown! From your expansive penthouse apartment you can see Lake Wakatipu, the township, Queenstown hill and over to the Remarkable mountain ranges.
The internal lift opens directly into your penthouse apartment. The first level comprises of a massive kitchen complete with a Meile coffee machine and all manner of handy appliances. Outdoor dining table and BBQ leads off the kitchens floor to ceiling bifold doors. Open them right up and it feels like you’re in an outdoor room. Lengthy breakfast bar right along the kitchen, perfect for entertaining while you’re cooking.
Just off the kitchen you have a large dining table and 2 living spaces. One with a huge TV and surround sound. Close this off and let the kids enjoy a great movie while you lounge in the front area.
There are huge tiled deckings off both levels. Both incredibly private and views to die for! Upstairs you have a brand new hot tub to laze away your evenings.
The master is upstairs, the ensuite has a bath with a view! Sit in bed and take in the view. The other large bedroom upstairs has a large California king bed. Or can be split into singles should you prefer.
The Penthouse has recently gone through a refurbishment with fresh paint throughout. So many little touches providing you with a luxurious home away from home.

Wonderful modern home with massive kitchen that I can enjoy the view at same time as I’m cooking! the kitchen has everything that we need to do any cooking. The property is split leveled therefore everybody has their own private section also it has central heating and cooling system, each room has their own control pad on the wall, which makes us don’t want to go out of the property. The spa was also great, we can enjoy the view at the same time.

This home is in a beautiful location, spectacular views. It is a relatively new house, very clean, equipped with good quality and well thought through appliances. The bedrooms are nice and peaceful. 5 very large comfortable beds provided with good linen and doonas. Heating and cooling works well (got to use both during our stay!). Windows are double glazed which provides great insulation and also makes it feel even more peaceful inside (not that there is a lot of noise outside). TV screen is quite large and decent quality (better than usually get with AirBnB stays) and the gas heating fire place is a nice touch. We were a family of 5 and the space + 2.5 bathrooms were comfortable.

We had a fantastic time in QT. The accom was better than the photos with a 180 degrees view of the lake and mountains. The external fire place and hot tub were excellent after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommend!

Great place for what we wanted. Home away from home, with three generations. Stunning location and outlook. Good lay out. Very responsive host. We had some issues with the TV and bins etc, but Bridget was responsive and sought to trouble shoot. Really well stocked kitchen with appliances etc, which was fantastic. Great to have the spa and the fire. Beautiful and peaceful outlook, and very very quiet. really comfortable beds and good quality linen. Much appreciated - thank you.

This was a family break to celebrate mums 65th bday. And boy did this house deliver for us. Everyone had their own space as well as being together in communal areas to make sure it was all about family, the living room, the spa and deck really brought us together. Very comfortable to be in, thank you to the hosts for letting us be us to honour our mother with the beautiful home and views of Queenstown.

We had a family group of 11 (including 3 young children) and it was a beautiful home to have both our own separate spaces and a space to come together as a group. So many little details were thought of including board games in the cupboard and kids plates and cutlery in the kitchen. Every style of wine glass (which we put to good use) was key in such a stunning wine region. It was such a great location, close enough to everything but without being in the hustle and bustle. We can't wait to stay again and wake up to that glorious view.

My wife and I are also holiday house owners. I have to say that this house has been kept to the highest standards with amazing views. Spa is definitely a plus and with many bedroom. One of the best views in Queenstown facing directly the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu. Host was great, caring and attentive and quick to address our small number of requests. House was well equipped to cater to small children, the fireplace was a great, actual fire which you can actually feel the warmth of, not tucked away behind some glass.

Fantastic place, very well designed and functional, warm and inviting with incredible views from the living area, kitchen and the two bedrooms on the top floor. Kitchen well equipped with all you need. Enjoyed the jacuzzi at sunset after a long day hike. The host was very accommodating and communication was prompt. Thank you, we would love to come again!

We loved our stay at the apartment - the views are amazing, some of the best you can get in Queenstown I think. The position towers above the city and looks straight out at the Remarkables. We loved staying this side of Queenstown in Fernhill (as opposed to the Frankton Road/Arm end), it felt much more open and was easier to get into town. The house was lovely and warm with the pre-set temperatures and the spa was a great way to relax after a day skiing. Bridget was responsive and helpful. We highly recommend staying here - it is amazing!

The photos do not do this place any justice. It doesn’t describe how you feel like you’re getting a warm hug the moment you walk in. From the plush carpet to heated flooring and the warm touches all around the apartment. The views were beyond insane and you definitely risk never wanted to step outside. Lovely house in the middle of the hill with great views from the balcony. Great kitchen system, fully equipped kitchen utensils, two bathrooms, three toilets, and a large spa bathtub downstairs. It was a 6-7 minute drive to the heart of Queenstown, and it was a great experience for a four-day stay.

The place was spotless and the view out to the lake was even better than the photos. Highly recommend those travelling with family to stay at Villa Pukaki as it's a short drive from the airport and very close to the town centre.
