The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with everything you need to create that magical Dinner party. An induction cooktop and Nespresso coffee machine. You’ll be toasty warm lazing on the huge leather couches in front of the gas fireplace. There is also central heating.

Upstairs you’ll find a huge master bedroom with an ensuite and its own balcony. All beds are super luxurious with premium bedding, pillow and linens. The other 3 bedrooms are large and the 5th has bunk beds for the kids.

Outside in your private courtyard, you’ll find a brand new hot tub with views over the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu.

This super-smart home has Sonos speakers throughout and massive TV with access to Netflix and sky.
