Super private and expansive home for your large family getaway. Sleeping up to 10 people in this 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home.
Your home is split over 3 levels with an internal garage on the ground floor and ample ski storage. Walk upstairs to find an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, with a large deck overlooking Lake Wakatipu.
The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with everything you need to create that magical Dinner party. An induction cooktop and Nespresso coffee machine. You’ll be toasty warm lazing on the huge leather couches in front of the gas fireplace. There is also central heating.
Upstairs you’ll find a huge master bedroom with an ensuite and its own balcony. All beds are super luxurious with premium bedding, pillow and linens. The other three bedrooms are large and the 4th has bunk beds for the kids.
Outside in your private courtyard, you’ll find a brand new hot tub with views over the Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu. This super-smart home has Sonos speakers throughout and massive TV with access to Netflix and sky.
Alpine Edge Villa is located at the end of a private lane, with the neighbouring property available for rentals as well. Perfect for large groups travelling together. We have a complimentary cot, high chair and toys available for your little ones. Please let us know if we can set these up for you.

Amazing view and excellent facilities for a large family. Easy access to ski slopes and Queenstown. Super soft comfy beds throughout. Very responsive host.

Wonderful modern home with massive kitchen that I can enjoy the view at same time as I’m cooking! the kitchen has everything that we need to do any cooking. The property is split leveled therefore everybody has their own private section also it has central heating and cooling system, each room has their own control pad on the wall, which makes us don’t want to go out of the property. The spa was also great, we can enjoy the view at the same time.

This home is in a beautiful location, spectacular views. It is a relatively new house, very clean, equipped with good quality and well thought through appliances. The bedrooms are nice and peaceful. 5 very large comfortable beds provided with good linen and doonas. Heating and cooling works well (got to use both during our stay!). Windows are double glazed which provides great insulation and also makes it feel even more peaceful inside (not that there is a lot of noise outside). TV screen is quite large and decent quality (better than usually get with AirBnB stays) and the gas heating fire place is a nice touch. We were a family of 5 and the space + 2.5 bathrooms were comfortable.
