This home is incredibly spacious, with 2 grand levels offering so much space for everyone. Upstairs you have a large kitchen and dining area with a lounge area on the other side of the double fireplace. A huge decking that runs right along the front of the property makes you feel like you’re staying in part of the scenery.
The master bed is also upstairs. Sit up in bed and enjoy your morning cuppa with expansive views out over Lake Wakatipu and over the Remarkables. A large bath in your ensuite to relax away that day on the slopes, with views right from your tub!
Downstairs you have 3 large bedrooms. With an ensuite bathroom located between 2 bedrooms. And then yet another bathroom on this level giving everyone ample privacy and space.
Leading out the back of the kitchen is a large private area perfect for dining Alfresco and a large garden for the kids to play.
For those who still need to work while away. There is a private office for your use with of course super speedy wifi so you can keep on top of things.
All beds are super comfy with luxurious linens and plush pillows. You will have a wonderful sleep here and be totally rested to enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer.

Views on Matau is as good as it gets. Amazing views over Lake Wakatipu, very stylish interior, beautiful rooms & landscaped garden. We thoroughly enjoyed the home entertainment system, especially the wonderful sound system, which streams music to the area of choice. It truly felt like home, with the best lake + mountain view ever!

This place is phenomenal. The bathrooms, the beds, the lounge….. it’s like a presidential suite at a fancy hotel. Beautiful view of the lake and only 30 minutes to the ski fields. We’re coming back and staying here. Kids cried leaving!

What an absolutely incredible home! This place had absolutely everything we needed and more. It was even better than the photos. The views from every room are absolutely amazing and after very eventful days we spent every night relaxing and taking them in. Staying here was the icing on the cake for what was a brilliant family holiday. We will be telling our friends about this place and would love to stay again one-day. Thank you for all the wonderful memories made in such a beautiful part of the world!
