It’s not hard to imagine yourself reclining on one of the comfy sofas admiring the floor-to-ceiling view drinking your morning coffee and deciding which of the many Queenstown activities to do that day.
Here is your luxurious apartment with every amenity available to you. The Super-king beds are brand new and incredibly comfortable. All fitted with premium linens and towels. 2 large bedrooms both with amazing lake views at the front, with another bedroom with single beds for the little ones. Perfect for families or couples travelling together.
Your kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed to whip up a delicious meal while you dine in the comfort of your cosy home with the Gas fire roaring away. There’s a heat pump as well. So you’ll be toasty warm in winter.
We have provided a host of amenities for you to use throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. No need to pack your hairdryer with you. Tea and coffee are already provided.
Great home for families. We can insert a gate at the top of the stairs to keep the tiny ones upstairs with you.
Located about a 5-minute walk into town. Or just cross the Frankton road and drop down onto the Frankton track and take a leisurely walk or run around Lake Wakatipu.

Amazing views from a beautiful apartment. The living area is just stunning to sit in and take in the beauty of the surrounds. Kitchen is well appointed and everything works well. Bathrooms are modern and great water pressure. The two main bedrooms are spacious with great views and comfy beds. 3rd bedroom suits kids best but does the job. About 15-20 min walk into town a few hills on way home but nothing too hard. Overall thoroughly recommend, we loved every minute.

This place has it all. Private but walkable to town, amazing views, great kitchen if you like cooking, good laundry machines, private parking and very clean. Owner was a very responsive host, would highly recommend. Would defiantly stay there again on our next visit to QT. Thank you Bridget, we loved staying at your place.

Bridget was a lovely host, from initial enquiry to booking to pre-check in and post check-in, she's been very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property if you're in Queenstown. Amazing views from the upstairs lounge/dining area as well as the bedrooms downstairs. Loved the floor heater in the bathrooms!! Easy walk into town but as it got a bit cold during our stay, we drove into town which was easy enough.

The space has such a beautiful view, and with the late sunsets of summer, it made for a great background while having dinner! There were appliances available and thorough directions for how to use them in the welcome handbook. I found this so useful since I’m visiting from another country. The place is about a 5-10 minute drive to the main streets of Queenstown, making it very convenient. Will stay again if I make my way back to Queenstown!

This was an absolute gem of an apartment in Queenstown. The apartment furnishings were wonderful, and the view was amazing. The kitchen was nicely stocked, and the fireplace was a great bonus. It's also nice 15 minute stroll to downtown, which alleviates the need to worry about parking in the busy areas of town. Would absolutely come back!

Bridget was a fantastic host, super responsive and provided alot of info throughout our stay. The place was spotless and the view out to the lake was even better than the photos. Highly recommend those travelling with family to stay at Bridget's place as it's a short drive from the airport and very close to the town centre.

Astounding location, with views of Cornet Peak and The Remarkables. Only 10 minutes from Arrowtown (well worth a visit). You enter the property through a gated tree lined driveway, and then presented with a wonderful looking modern house. The inside has high end finishes and a great TV room which spent watching late night movies! We spent 3 months touring New Zealand, stay at a few (quite a few!) Airbnb's, and Speargrass was the most impressive.

This property in Speargrass Flats was exceptional in every way. It is one of the nicest properties we have rented anywhere over the past 10-15 years. Great access to Queenstown and all of Lake Wakatipu, Arrowtown and Wānaka. Comfortable, spacious layout. Everything was new and well-maintained.

A perfect family or group villa with a well-equipped kitchen designed for entertaining and a short walk into Queenstown via the Frankton Waterfront Trail. Extraordinary views and functionality combined for an easy and memorable stay!
